Pre-Employment Disclosures

We recognize that substance abuse, workplace harassment, threats or fear of violence, and discrimination cause problems in society as a whole and can also create a dysfunctional or hostile work environment in which morale and productivity suffer. For these reasons, Infinity Sales Group and Infinity DISH have created and strive to maintain a smoke-free, drug-free, and harassment-free workplace.

When an individual submits a professional resume and/or application for employment to Infinity Sales Group or Infinity DISH and that submission results in an offer of employment, that offer is always conditional and contingent upon the successful completion of a background check and a results-negative drug screen.

If an individual fails to appear for a scheduled drug screen or refuses to consent and/or sign the necessary authorization forms, or if they fail to receive negative results for their drug screen, or if their background check produces undesirable results, Infinity Sales Group and/or Infinity DISH reserves the right to withdraw their conditional offer of employment.

In the interest of providing a workplace that is safe and free from all threatening and intimidating conduct, it is our policy to have zero tolerance for violence or threats of violence in any form in the workplace, at work-related functions, or outside of work if it affects the workplace.
